I have developed a Gym business and I'm also a fitness business training expert. So, I'm going to walk you through exactly, how to delegate more effectively in your business. Actually, I'm using the two social media ads platform, Facebook and Instagram ads to drive a huge amount of fitness leads. The biggest driver is Facebook, You tend to get a lower cost per lead on Facebook. So we go from there and we take the first through the landing page. Delegating is one of the most important tasks you have as a manager but delegating effectively are two very different things. A lot of clients when they come to me they're struggling to delegate they're struggling to scale up their business their gym they don't know how to get staff in place and effectively manage them. Effective delegation means that you know that the task or project that you will delegate will get done at a minimum with the results that you expect. This includes a few steps: Assess the capability and willingness of the team to do the task. Often, people will volunteer for a cool assignment, but will they really do it? Communicate what success looks like to the people you are delegating to. What is the timeline, quality, etc.? Ensure they know that if they encounter problems, you are there to guide them. Overall, you are still accountable for the results. Delegation is not abdication. Establish checkpoints to monitor progress and avoid getting any surprises at the end. When the team delivers, celebrate its success. The more confidence a team or person has with being delegated to, the less structured set-up you need to do to make it work. But if you haven't taught your business team to work independently. For delegate more effectively first you should choose what tasks you ready to delegate. You have to select your interested task and what you can do that you can use your time properly. You should use your time for the troublesome task that doesn't waste your valuable time. You should hire the proper person who has the right skills. Why you should delegate tasks? Delegation should be a clear sign and respect subordinates powers and trust their consideration. Some people don't delegate their task because they think delegating is waste their time so they don't do it and waste the company's valuable time. Delegation provides valuable teaching and more manageable and sign of strong leadership. What is the importance of delegation? Delegation is important to team leadership and provide development opportunities and create a positive, motivational environment. Many people struggling to delegate their business but they don't know how to delegate effectively manage so the simplest place to start right is think about what you do on a daily weekly or monthly basis or what that person who would be filling that role would need to be doing daily weekly monthly basis or quarterly. If you are stuck in the business right now and you are trying to offload some things then this really easy to just map it out daily weekly monthly what is every single thing you do and then from there you want to rank them. So if we say daily basis I might manage some ads because I'm the founder and managing director of more gym members. We help the client to add 40 to 80 clients a month into their business through sales and marketing and business development. So I might manage ads I might say check in on staff.
